WELCOME TO THE GORILLA MASSAGE FUND

Qualification

In order to be eligible for assistance from the Gorilla Massage Fund you will need to show need. This is established by the following:

1. Been diagnosed with MS and have a script from a doctor stating so

2. Have financial hardships due to having MS

3. Have completed the Gorilla Massage Fund Grant Application and it has been approved by the review team

HOW TO APPLY FOR FUNDING
Applications for financial support can be obtained on our website. The requirements for financial qualification are listed on the form, as well as, the process for submission. Please submit questions and applications to Craig Danehy. We are pleased to serve those who are in chronic pain.
